Can a drug test be passed?

Question by . R: Can a drug test be passed?
I have seen many websites saying ‘you can pass your drug test.”
What about court-ordered drug test – can they too be passed? If so, then how is court to know?
I did not want to make people mad, but just ask a simple question.
How would a person alter their hair in order to pass a drug test?
FYI: drug test on ex in court soon

what is the consiquences for refusing a court ordered hair folical test for drugs?

Question by deanoo: what is the consiquences for refusing a court ordered hair folical test for drugs?
in a custody case if my ex refuse`s to take a hair folical drug test is it the same as admitting guilt? or is it a right to refuse?

Best answer:

If it was ordered and refused, that is contempt of court. Jail or heavy fine would be involved. Then it would be ordered again. If refused, the same. Over and over until it is done to the courts satisfaction.

I got court ordered PTI. I will be drug tested soon. What exactly do they test for in SC?

Question by lodi0420: I got court ordered PTI. I will be drug tested soon. What exactly do they test for in SC?
I need to know if they can tell the difference between opiates. Some tests just have opiates and that could be Lortabs to Heroin. While others can tell the difference between hydocodone, oxycodone, heroin, etc… Of ciourse they test for coke, pot, amphetamins (speed, adderall), and PCP. But I need to know if they break down the opiates. Please and thank you for any info.
Well I do have scripts for darvocet, xanax, soma, & zoloft. I’m just wondering if the darvocet will show up as an opiate or as something else. I’m going to get my doctor to move me up to Lortabs this week before I actually start PTI too. Because if they give a larger panel test they can tell the difference and i have been recreationally using OC 30s. So I want to know if they will show up the same. Thank you for responding…

Best answer:

Answer by KRISTIN
If you’re on meds with any opiates in it, you’ll have to tell them, and they’ll probably want to speak with the doc who prescribed it. Also any meds your on, they NEED to know about-I’m on suboxone, so I’d need to tell them that if I was still on PTI. I’ve been off it for like 7 years, though, or something like that. No more drugs for me, but still take suboxone unfortunatly:(

I don’t think they breakdown the opiates-maybe they do if they know they have to, like if you’re on a med with an opiate in it, but if they don’t think they have to, they definitely won’t and you’ll have to explain yourself under not so nice curcumstances, so I’d definitely tell them if you’re on meds-every kind, and if not prescribed to you, stop taking them asap!!!! As a responsible mom now, you shouldn’t be taking them anyway of course, lol, but you will get in trouble if you don’t provide proof they were prescribed to YOU!!!!!!!

Good luck:)

31 -nativists and KKK – didn’t like those people
32-18th amendment – prohibited liquor
33-big business – their policies
34-Drepression…just kind of a duh
35-stocks purchased on credit-pretty much because people had to sell stocks at lower and lower prices, because they didn’t have the money
36-california-great dust bowl, read Grapes of Wrath by Steinbeck
37- no idea, maybe defaulting on taxes?
38-deepened – he didn’t really do anything, thought he’d let “the market do its work”. it didnt.
39-fireside chats – like Obama’s youtube addresses today.
40 – new deal
41 – FDIC, you can hear it in the news
42 – relief, recovery, reform – also known as the 3R’s. Relief for the people, recovery economy, and reform so it doesn’t happen again.
43 – Fascists I believe. Like Italy, Germany
44 – don’t know – maybe A or B
45 – neutrality laws – then, they don’t need to get involved in Europe!

Can dfcs make you take a drug test without a court order?

Question by Amy G: Can dfcs make you take a drug test without a court order?
My husband and i are raising 5 kids, from 3 up to 14,we are happy, steady and comfortable right now,DFCS called and said there was allegations of abuse, which there’s no way,and pot smoking,we smoked the other day and now i’m terrified i’m gonna loose my kids! I’ve never been in a mess like this, can they make us take the drug test without a court order or even a case against us???
I tested negative and my husband tested positive!!

Best answer:

Answer by David C
No worries Amy they cannot take your kids away over pot. You say that they claim abuse, if they can prove this then yes they will. But you say you did not and if true you have nothing to worry about.

Just so you know Amy it is abuse to use illegal drugs in front of your children. If your own children told someone that you were smoking pot and they passed it on to DFCS, you could be in VERY big trouble.. just an fyi

i am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats from this bread he will live forever. The bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh. How can this man give us his flesh to eat? I tell you the solemn truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in yourselves. The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood resides in me, and I in him.

how do u get marijuana out of your system for a drug test?

Question by Eponine: how do u get marijuana out of your system for a drug test?
if u have to do a court ordered drug test, what r sum DEFINITE ways to get pot out of your system so that ur drug test comes back clean? thanks so much!

Best answer:

Answer by Ej
It’s going to take about a month for pot to clear your system. There isn’t anything you can do to make it get out faster. Drinking lots of water can help you clear your system more efficiently, but won’t give you a clean test until you haven’t smoked in a month. Drinking things meant to clear your system just makes you pee a lot, which dilutes your urine. The idea is that your urine will be diluted to the point where the pot will have a low enough concentration not to show up. However, most drug tests now also check for the levels of electrolytes and other chemicals in your urine. If these are diluted past a normal level they are going to suspect something is up, and may test again or take a blood test.

In addition, court ordered drug tests are often tests that look for the metabolites pot produces in your liver. Nothing will disguise a blood test.

Sorry.

Does Niacin REALLY work to pass a drug test?

Question by Mary ;P: Does Niacin REALLY work to pass a drug test?
I personally know many people who have used niacin 500mg before a test and they all passed, when they should have all failed. For employment and even court ordered drug screens. So why do so many post here say it doesn’t work. Does it just produce a false negitive opposed to actually cleaning your system?

Best answer:

Answer by Johnny V
Niacin will only aid in flushing your system out. Depending on how much you smoke it is going to take at LEAST a week. Possibly 3 or 4 to clear the system (that’s like every day 6 or 7 times a day for months) But yes if you use niacin you can clear up your piss a lot faster. Be sure to exercise and drink water until your pissing every 30 min. DO NOT EXERCISE THE DAY OF THE TEST!! if you are really paranoid that you are going to fail your best bet is to drink so much water that when they test your urine it is pure H2O. They will take a few days to test it and it will give you some time before they ask for a retest.

Our grand daughter mom was ordered by the court to take a hair follicle drug test.?

Question by igali: Our grand daughter mom was ordered by the court to take a hair follicle drug test.?
If the mom test results comes back positive for drugs, will the judge take the baby right then from the mom or wait till we go back to court July 29th and take her?

Has anyone been in this situation or know of anyone that has? What was the outcome?

We are in Oklahoma. Our son took the same test and his test came back negative.

Best answer:

Answer by kayte
The child will be taken by police and taken to child services or they will come take the baby themselves. I know you can take steps to get custody so you don’t loose her to child services.

And she can get her kids back eventually as long as steps are taken by her, and she follows rules.
