Redding man granted probation despite prosecutor’s protests
A 22-year-old Redding man whose home is known by police and prosecutors as a raucous party house was sentenced Thursday to one day in jail and ordered to complete a residential drug and alcohol treatment program for violating felony probation, prosecutors announced today.
