Question by kgray623: looking for a database to discover an insurance policy and liability limits to file claim for injured person?
we represent injured plaintiffs who need money before settlement with an insurance company occurs. Due to the extensive time period it takes an attorney to demand through court proof of insurance and the amount of coverage, we are looking to expedite the process in order to assist our clients who if insurance coverage was confirmed on a property or a auto etc., could have access to a portion of the antisipated recovery now vs. waiting months for the discovery process to produce the insurance ploicy.

Choicepoint has such information which is only available to the insurance industry but this information is in thier database and we have spent an exhustive search looking for any source that would produce this service at a per occurance fee and have found nothing available.

If you know of any direction we can look please send the information as destitiute people are adversely being affected by the vexatious delay insurance companies play with injured claimants.
