Alcoholic husband will not leave home that is in my name voluntarily legal advise required guidence needed.?

I have known him for 4yrs now, been married almost 2yrs. House is in my name with my grandmother as co-signer. All bills, credit cards, both vehicles, insurance, etc. are in my name. Nothing is in his. However, we consider 1 vehicle his & 1 mine. No argument on who will get what on those. We also have horses & he has put alot of blood & sweat into making a comfy farm for them. So yes, he has contributed to the value of the home. Has received his 2nd dui & I want out. All the broken promises of quitting. All the neglect & lonliness I suffer from. I have begged, pleaded & asked nicely for him to move out until he can get help. He will not do anything other than what the court orders. Meaning, he will not do anything to help to save us. In being 37, I want “out” to be able to find the happiness I deserve and have worked hard for all my life to have. Does it have to get nasty or can I just get a restraining order or something to get him to either get the hint or get out?
Anyone know how to make an alcoholic drink at home that tastes good but doesn’t require a distiller?
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on July 12, 2010
I’ve heard of making a drink using fruit skins, water and sugar, leave in a bottle for about a month and then drink, but I can’t imagine it tastes much good. Does anyone know of a good home made drink? Every other site I visited has recipies that require distillation and complicate things with talking about enzimes and the like.
Thanks in advance.

I’m talking about making the alcohol myself here, not buying an alcoholic drink and mixing it with something else, home made alcohol.
Thanks in advance.

Did sending illegal back home sending him to Guatemala, did the hospital falsely imprisoned him?

STUART — Testimony Wednesday from the Martin Memorial Medical Center nurse who in 2003 accompanied illegal immigrant Louis Jimenez to a medical facility in Guatemala wrapped up a nearly three-week trial as attorneys representing the Stuart hospital rested their case.
Closing arguments are expected to begin at 9 a.m. Thursday.
Jurors in the false imprisonment case listened to nurse Diana Gregory describe the steps she and other Martin Memorial staff took to arrange an international transfer for the severely brain-damaged Jimenez after he’d lived at the hospital for nearly three years, running up $1.5 million in unpaid medical care.
Gregory described photos showing Jimenez as she escorted him July 10, 2003, onto an air ambulance to Guatemala City, then to an orthopedic rehabilitation center that had agreed to accept him as a patient.
She told jurors during the flight, Jimenez — who has the cognitive abilities of a young child — received snacks, drinks, read magazines and had fun looking out the window.
“At any point did he … express that he was upset or sad or frightened in any way?” hospital attorney Scott Michaud asked.
“No sir,” Gregory replied, “The plane ride was a great adventure.”
She noted that at the rehab center, Jimenez busied himself talking to those around him, showing off his toy cat.
After his repatriation, Jimenez and his Indiantown guardian sued Martin Memorial, claiming that by sending him to Guatemala, the hospital falsely imprisoned him despite a court order permitting the transfer.
Jimenez’s attorneys at trial have argued the hospital’s actions were unreasonable and unwarranted, in part because during a 2003 guardianship hearing, evidence was presented showing Guatemala lacked the facilities to treat his traumatic brain injury, and that a state probate judge lacked the jurisdiction to order him extradited to a foreign country.

If someone in your home wont go to rehab willingly Ccould the police remove them from the home?

One of my parents has been in & out of rehab programs but refuses to finish them. The family has stood by this person but patience is wearing thin. I’m starting to think that there might be no hope. But this person is hurting the family with their addiction & I think they need to leave. I’m afraid it will turn violent. This person has hit my dog, who could be next. I wanted to know if the police could take this person away from the house with a court order or something.
Nursing home understaffed on weekends????
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on February 9, 2010
I work at a nursing home. On weekends we usually have 1 CNA for every 20-24 residents (approx.) and 1 aid doing showers. I think this is very understaffed but I don’t know what to do about it. I don’t feel my residents are receiving the care they deserve but any complaints to the employer only result in blaming the CNA. I don’t know if they are intentionally understaffing but I don’t think they are trying to do anything about it either.
What are the staffing requirements for nursing and rehabilitation facilities and what can be done if they are not meeting the requirements?
Would you ask your son to leave your home after getting out of jail & Rehab? He makes me nervous?
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on February 7, 2010
My 27 yr.old son has been struggling w/drugs & alcohol for 8 years. He had a great job & was very responsible up until last year when he walked away from his job; sold everything, and ended up in jail where later the Judge ordered him into a Rehab. Facility – which he has been to several with no success. He has been living with me now for 2 weeks & no attempts to get a job. I’m disabled on a fixed budget yet he needs to be driven to many places to keep him from violating his probation. I’m nervous around him & he has changed. Yet he has had no urge to do drugs. He say’s he is full of fear. He has no place else to go & if I do ask him to leave he will inevitably end up back in jail or doing drugs again. I’m torn. I seem to worry more than he does about food & having money for gas. I know what he is capable of doing when it comes to work ethics; people love him. Should I be silent & let him work his demons out or stay on his butt to go get a job & get his own place?
