Question by friday: What will happen to me now that i missed my Drug test that was court ordered?
its my first offense and i was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and i got possession of marijuana. They are charging me 40 for each ua and they slammed me with 3 on a row. one every week. i am very poor. i dont have much money and the money i have has to go to keeping food on the table and etc… so i missed one last week and im not sure whats going to happen now. im only a minor. does anybody know??
im not on probation or anything just 6 months of scheduled drug tests. thats it.
my dad doesnt have aplace to live. hes kind of a dead beat dad. ive been on my own for half a year now
i need help please
asked him and he told me im not on probation, just 6 months of drug tests and a fine and its dropped thats it.

violation of probation? Maybe intensive probation maybe minimal jail time!

I was busted for shoplifting 3 years ago it was a felony because the things were over 0. It was knocked down to a misdemeanor and i was put on 3 year probation and took a class and paid a fine. 5 days off of probation i got busted again. The store called the police to see if i had priors and to see if they needed to hold me. they didn’t hold me but gave me a court date for Dec 23. I don’t know what to expect!? Will they put me in jail or will i have another fine? I am looking to join some support groups and counseling. I ordered a book on shoplifting addition and recovery and read it. If I tell the judge will he go easy? Please help if you know! I’m an adult.

i recently got a DUI in colorado and am now on probation. Part on my sentence includes random drug testing but i don’t think that i will be able to pass as of now. (marijuna) What will happen to me if i fail my first drug test and how often do they do random drug tests?

buy off the shelf detox medicine. it will clear u up in couple days

Would would most likely happen to this youth?

If a 16 yr. old in Louisiana would rob a business and he has been in trouble with the juvenile court for years but has never actually commited a crime? Stepson is now 15 but I’m just wondering if he will have stiffer consequenses when he is 16 for being in trouble. He was on probation and it was revoked today because of his refusal to do what was ordered to do in court ordered (60 days) drug rehab (stayed 1 week). Numerous other violations. This “juvenile” plays the “minor” thing to the hilt. Brags about the law cannot do him anything because he’s not 18. Again, this is Louisiana. When will he get “his dose of medicine”?

what will happen in my child custody case?

4 years ago i received a call from child services to go in to their office and talk to one of their workers about my daughter. It turns out her mother was using drugs and leaving my daughter with different relatives for weeks at a time i always knew and tried to stop it but courts always want proof as long as i received my visits she was fine they would say well because of the drug abuse they gave me the proof i needed to take to family court and was granted full custody with no visits from her mother till she did everything she was ordered to do rehab and so on at that time my daughter was 7 now shes 12 well 4 years with no contact she bettered her self and cleaned up shes taking me to court for a modification of custody her wanting full custody and now me getting visits on weekends we went to mediation and no agreement i told her i did not want to hand her over like nothing happened in this 4 years my daughter has accomplished alot and i don’t want her interrupted she feels confident because she got her other daughters back from a previous relationship back but the guy did not put up a fight he was better of giving his girls back he says IM married and have 2 other girls here in my home they don’t want there older sister to move out im okay with visits but not moving out what will happen in the first court hearing will it get resolved or is there more court battles till this conflict is resolved will she win does the judge consider her absence taking so long we signed a safety pack thru child services with her agreeint to full custody for me while seeking treatment will it help my case and the letters and reports of child services

I’m on probation for six months. Four months in I fail a drug test. Whats going to happen?

I was put on probation for Larceny from a motor vehicle aka Car hopping. My father had told them I smoked pot before so they had court ordered rehab. So i’ve been participating in that and passing all of my drug tests. Just recently I failed a drug test through rehab and obviously its going to be sent to my probation officer. What will my probation officer do? Are the original charges going to be put through? Do I get a freebe? Give me details if you can.

PS. you dont need to tell me about not smoking in the first place and I hope you learned your lesson. I know i fucked up. I’m stupid for that. So really, dont explain that to me.
