Question by kgray623: looking for a database to discover an insurance policy and liability limits to file claim for injured person?
we represent injured plaintiffs who need money before settlement with an insurance company occurs. Due to the extensive time period it takes an attorney to demand through court proof of insurance and the amount of coverage, we are looking to expedite the process in order to assist our clients who if insurance coverage was confirmed on a property or a auto etc., could have access to a portion of the antisipated recovery now vs. waiting months for the discovery process to produce the insurance ploicy.

Choicepoint has such information which is only available to the insurance industry but this information is in thier database and we have spent an exhustive search looking for any source that would produce this service at a per occurance fee and have found nothing available.

If you know of any direction we can look please send the information as destitiute people are adversely being affected by the vexatious delay insurance companies play with injured claimants.

This claims pertains to a breach of contract and recovery of down payment funds.

Judges how to file a complaint and do i have legitimate complaint?

My wife has being going through,in my opinion a really stupid custody battle. It has costed not only emotionally financially great sums.

Anyhow her ex keeps missing court, with no penalties. constantly lies to the court, doesn’t follow the court order and keeps the 4 year old child long than his scheduled time and gets away with it all. Seems the judge either has something against women or much smarter than us and wants her EX to bury himself lies. I truly believe the judge does not read the case over before ruling over it.

1. this guy has been to rehab
2. he’s currently has prescriptions the same pills he went to rehab for.
3. he has had multiple different employers of the last year and evictionss
4. lied to police and documented.
5. recent case of Identity fraud.
6. this guy is a real loser
7. he has a total of 5 kids
8. child protection agency has an open case with him.
9. he’s not held accountable for anything and her son is required to spend three nights a week with per court order.
10. i try not to get involved other basic protection over the 4 year old, what can i do beside feed lawyers more money for no results.

How do I file for child support if my son’s Father isn’t on the birth certificate?

He left me when I was pregnant to smoke dope. I didn’t know where he was when my son was born so I didn’t call him to come to the hospital, so he is not on the birth certificate.

I wasn’t going to ask for child support initially, because I don’t want him to have any custody over his son if he is high on meth 100% of the time he is awake. He begged and begged to meet his son, and when he was 4 months old I caved and gave him the chance… which he blew off to smoke dope.

Now, when I look at my son I’m pissed at him to no end, and I want child support. He doesn’t have a job so I’m not going to get any, but if he ever pulls his life back together he needs to contribute to the life of the child he made. He shouldnt just be allowed to knock up a dozen women while he roams the street getting high all day and night. He has another son in Cali who he walked out on 8 years ago. She filed for child support and he has to pay when he works.

He is not on the birth certificate… and I don’t want him awarded any custody because he’s always high… what are the steps I have to take to prove to a court he’s the Father, and to request he take a drug test if he wants visitation? I’d put money on it that he won’t even show to court. He was ordered to go to rehab in lieu of prison for violating his probation for getting caught shoplifting with dope on him, but he never went, so Im sure there is a warrant for him.

I also don’t have the slightest idea where he lives, so I don’t know how they’d serve him. Last I checked he was homeless and robbing people to pay for hotels so he could sell drugs out of them to have money to use them. What a winner right? His mom keeps me well updated, she and the rest of his fam are just as pissed at him as I am. She is the one who strongly insisted I file for child support.

I can’t afford a lawyer at all. So, I need to figure out what I need to do on my own and make it happen. I know absolutely nothing about how anything in family court is done. I live in Phoenix, AZ. Any advice you could give would be a major help. Thank you!
