What can be done when court orders no drinking alcohol but it still continues?

My boyfriend was arrested after assulting my son. The court order says no drinking but he continues anyway. He has moved out of town in order to drink without local authorities knowing. I am told nothing can be done if it doesnt happen in the town he went to court in. He is awaiting sentencing yet so he isnt on probation. Why cant they order him to submit to a U/A no matter where he is living?

UPDATE: He is not my boyfriend now, he was at the time. I am trying to see that he gets what is coming to him but since he has already plea bargained to a lesser crime, I dont know if it is possible. Catching him drinking maybe our only way for justice.
Unfortunatly it was the court that said it would be too much work to chase him down to the next town. I thought all they had to do was call him and order him to report for a u/a
What will my punishment be for underage drinking?

I got caught by the cops underage drinking… I’m sixteen years old, live in Colorado, and blew a .149 on the breathalyzer.
I have heard that I will get a fine and be required to take classes and have random drug tests for two months is that accurate?
Will my license be taken?

I have a court date in 2 weeks.
It is my first time getting in trouble for this.
Do you have to have your parents at underage drinking classes if you’re over 18? Doesn’t make sense.?

Ok, I am 20, 21 in just under 6 months, about a month ago I got an underage drinking ticket, zero tolerance, just a couple of beers, pretty sober. Anyways, went to court today, I have to take 3 two hour underage drinking deterrence classes in June, at the cost of $125, and your parents are REQUIRED to go to the first session, which isn’t a problem, but it’s making me question things regarding the drinking law, because at 20, I am two years past what is considered being an adult, so why do my parents have to come? This makes zero sense to me whatsoever. Anyone think it makes sense?
understood 21 is the legal age for consumption, but if 18 is the legal age for being an adult, why should your parents have to come with you to a class when you are out of their control?
