False. But even if it were true what has the mother in law got to do with Sarah Palin? Guilty by associations? President Elect Barack Obama has a lot of associates that are less then stellar

If the mom test results comes back positive for drugs, will the judge take the baby right then from the mom or wait till we go back to court July 29th and take her?

Has anyone been in this situation or know of anyone that has? What was the outcome?

We are in Oklahoma. Our son took the same test and his test came back negative.

The child will be taken by police and taken to child services or they will come take the baby themselves. I know you can take steps to get custody so you don’t loose her to child services.

And she can get her kids back eventually as long as steps are taken by her, and she follows rules.

How do I have my 19 year old daughter declared Mentally Incompetent?

She has many psyciatric disorders including by not limited to ODD, Bi Polar, Anxiety DIscorder and possible borderline personality and antisocial disorders. She is an introvenous drug user and has been in over 8 rehabs all ending in her getting kicked out because of her disorders and can not complete them vollenteraly. I need to find out the steps for NJ on how to get her declaired mentally unstable so we can put her into a rehab that is ordered by the court that she can not leave or get kicked out of. Does anyone know how to start this.??? Help… all her friends have been ODing around her and I am afraid she is next.

Can my dad leave custody of two small children to his oldest daughter of 33?

I am 33 years old and have a 6 year old sister and a 7 year old brother. My father has sole custody of the two smaller children, and has been told this week that he has a very aggressive growing cancer. The mother of the children has been court ordered to go through AA, parenting classes and drug rehab (4 years ago) and has not done anything. She does not support or see the children. Do I have to hire a lawyer and fight her if my father dies before I get anything done, or can you leave a will and leave the children to me? Does anyone know the answers?

live in florida (6th judicial court) going for sole custody of my daughter?

anyone in pinellas county florida! i’m going for sole custody of 7yr old daughter. ex is abusive alcoholic…i have 8 police reports (domestic violence, 1 battery w/daughter present) photos, several witnesses, and police testimony. he was also hospitalized for severe alcoholism. now he is out of state and left my old residence abandoned..he is seeking sole custody also b/c i will not let my daughter speak w/him. he has been abusive to her in the past as well, and continues to be abusive and controlling towards me. i also have 2 dvi’s (dropped due to promises to go to rehab) on him also…what are my chances for sole custody??? he never gave a damn about his daughter.

Anyone have advice on how to minimize my ex getting visitation rights with my daughter? He’s addicted to meth

He just got out of rehab and he’s trying to persue court ordered visitation. He has one heck of a shady divorce/family law lawyer pushing him to do it, even though he keeps repeatedly saying he is still struggling and is thinking about going back into rehab. I really don’t have money for a lawyer and need ideas about what to ask for in mediation since the ball _IS_ in my court.

Just so you know, if he were still here in state I wouldn’t have such a problem with him coming to see her and things of that nature, but he is on the east coast, and I live in the midwest. I seriously have issues with him taking her so far away!! Any ideas, anyone out there who’s been through a similar situation??

BTW, my ex is pretty impressionable as far as what I say to him buy his lawyer always seems to smooth him over. If he takes me to mediation I really want to make it hard for him.
