In Hawaii first time DUI offenders must take a 14 hour substance abuse rehab program course. I am moving back to Florida two days after my hearing and was wondering if anyone new if it was possible to complete the program in Florida? If not I’ll have to fly back to Hawaii just to take this program. To me a “rehab” program can be done anywhere.

I recieved an M.I.P. a while ago and I was ordered to complete an alcohol awareness class, 8 hours of community service, and pay a fine of $365 and provide all of these things at my court date.
I am taking the alcohol awareness class this weekend and have the money to pay the $365 dollars but I’m not sure i’m going to be able to complete my community service by my court date…. which is a week and a half from now.
Does anyone know the consequences of having everything BUT that at my court date? Or is it possible to get an extension?
Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
