Question by godworks700: drug and alcohol assessment classes that are court ordered..what do the urine tests test for?
i have a court ordered d and a class assessment tomorrow, and im just wondering..are their urine tests any stronger/more sensitive than your typical job tests? and what do they test for?
im asking because for about a month or so, i smoked weed nearly everyday 1-2 times a day, and i know for heavy smokers weed stays in your system for 30-45 days… i stopped smoking on the 20th, and my class is tomorrow, the 8th…so im just kind of trying to figure out if ill pass it or not..

i am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats from this bread he will live forever. The bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh. How can this man give us his flesh to eat? I tell you the solemn truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in yourselves. The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood resides in me, and I in him.

What happens if your in an ARD DUI classes program in PA and you fail the court ordered drug test?

Question by kisstheviolets9: What happens if your in an ARD DUI classes program in PA and you fail the court ordered drug test?
I did lose my license already but now I have the option to get it back. It’s not the license I’m worried about, I’m worried whether they can sentence me to actual jail time, or fines, or more classes or what…
Also, I got the DUI for drunk driving originally not drugs.
And is it smart to tell my lawyers I think I’m going to fail ahead of time?

I dont know what team ard dui is or what sport they play, buy usually players just get suspended, or if it is steroids they may be a scandal.

there is about a 99.9% chance there is a warrant out for your arrest, what, do you think they are just going to forget about it? No way. You don’t just get “lost in the system”, whatever the hell that means.

How long will my drivers license stay suspended in California? Got a DUI 9 years ago, never went to AA classes.
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on April 26, 2010
I do not know where to post this question, figured maybe here. I got the DUI 9 years ago (it was my second) and was required to complete an 18 month AA program. I never went, but I did go to jail and paid all the fines (almost $2000). I was living in California at the time. I don’t live there any more and need info on getting it back. I went to the DMV here in Nevada and they said I have to resolve the issue in CA. Does anyone know what I need to do to get it back? Do I still need to complete an 18 month program after 9 years? I don’t even drink at all anymore, so I don’t need some class. Been lucky for 9 years, but would like my license back now.
Any help is appreciated…Thanks!

Do you have to have your parents at underage drinking classes if you’re over 18? Doesn’t make sense.?
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on April 26, 2010
Ok, I am 20, 21 in just under 6 months, about a month ago I got an underage drinking ticket, zero tolerance, just a couple of beers, pretty sober. Anyways, went to court today, I have to take 3 two hour underage drinking deterrence classes in June, at the cost of $125, and your parents are REQUIRED to go to the first session, which isn’t a problem, but it’s making me question things regarding the drinking law, because at 20, I am two years past what is considered being an adult, so why do my parents have to come? This makes zero sense to me whatsoever. Anyone think it makes sense?
understood 21 is the legal age for consumption, but if 18 is the legal age for being an adult, why should your parents have to come with you to a class when you are out of their control?

Should courts be allowed to force offenders to complete AA classes…?

… when steps like this are required for completion?
“Make a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.”
Does anyone see this as conflicting with the Constitution?
