Question by Goss: Is it the law in Arizona to check the ID of someone accompanying a person buying an alcoholic beverage?
If I go into a store to buy alcohol, is the store required and/or allowed to check the ID of a person accompanying me?

i dont really get the US law, it’s not exactly like it’s a contractual relationship between the store, the customer and oh everyone within 5 feet of the customer.

What kind of Information can I get with a Background Check?

I know I can get a credit report and felony convictions.
Would I also be told if the Individual had been court ordered to a mental hospital or drug rehab?
Would I find out of they had a drunk driving charge?
Would I find out if they had an aggravated assault charge? (Those are not felonies)
