Tougher drug laws considered; Tulare County Board of Supervisors asked to back Rep. Nunes’ bill affecting federal land
Tulare County supervisors may vote Tuesday to support a bill by Rep. Devin Nunes that would toughen penalties for drug offenses on federal land and require a national strategy to fight drug activity on those lands.

Family Services board amends New Life contract
The Pipestone County Family Services Board on Tuesday approved an amendment to the 2010 contract between Pipestone County Family Services and New Life Treatment Center in Woodstock for chemical dependency treatment services New Life provides for the county.

He lives at the Salvation Army and only comes home on the weekends. He is 21 and is not in school. I provided quite of bit of his support in the form of lawyers, court costs, fines. phone calls. He also lived with me and did not work prior to his arrest. He was an inmate for four months and then transfered to rehab.
