i dont really get the US law, it’s not exactly like it’s a contractual relationship between the store, the customer and oh everyone within 5 feet of the customer.

Its not a nationwide law, its specifc to the state and even to the municipality. In New Orleans, they are very liberal with regard to walking around on the street with an open container. In NYC, you can’t do that, you’ll get a ticket.

Where I can find low-cost bottling equipment (for filling and capping) for homemade non-alcoholic beverage?

I am planning to set up a small business by filling and capping my special homemade tea into bottles ( approx. 100~200 bottles a day) and sell them through internet web site, but I have only a few thousand dollars to spend for those required equipment, can anyone tell me what kind of equipment I need and where I can find the sources? Thanks.

If someone has a cold and I drink from their alcoholic beverage, can I get sick?

Does the alcohol kill any viruses or bacteria? If so, how much alcohol content is required (wine, beer, hard liquor, etc.)?

POLL: Are you against having government warning labels on alcoholic beverage containers?

Of course, law requires that warning labels ought to be on alcoholic beverage containers. This is just a poll survey out of my curiosity.

But are you in favor of or against the warning label on alcoholic beverage? And please explain if you can.

How should I approach my possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21 charge?

A few weeks ago I was at a football game and I was stopped by a cop who asked for some ID. I had been holding an empty can so I ended up getting an “on-site” arrest, which basically was a written report & a mandatory appearance in court.

I considered hiring an attorney but I’m not sure if its even worth it. On the other hand one of the biggest penalties is a 3 month A.A course which I do not want on my plate. I spoke to a friend that got the same charge and they decided they are just going to go to court. I would like to just receive a few hours of community service and maybe a fine but I’m not sure how the court process works. Do I plea no contest?

Yes, I did something stupid. I don’t get in trouble like this and I’m not looking for a lecture. (I think an arrest was a slap on the wrist enough) Hopefully I can get some honest legal information from someone about how I should go about my court date/charge.

Thank you.
********This was in hillsbourogh County, FL
