Three weeks ago, Cassandra A. Smith received probation for having drug contraband in her jail cell. Thursday, the 26-year-old Smith was back in Baxter County Circuit Court, this time charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
