Question by Roslyn B: Can a judge lie to parents in a drug court where their child is enrolled?
I have been humiliated told I was tested positive for drugs and lied to by judge dellick in front of my child. I have been accused of being a drug addict even though the tests were always a mistake.She has taken away my child my family and my job. Is a judge allowed to order a test that she swore was only an alcohol test and lie and use it as a drug test?
