    No. The judge deemed that offender has a drinking problem that caused them to break laws. By taking away alcohol and monitoring compliance it is expected that the offender will break fewer if any laws.

    punishment is not discrimination, the other option the judge had was to throw you in jail instead of allowing you to be “free” minus of course your legal ability to drink booze…if your having a hard time refraining for the bottle you might have a problem
