By Michael Ford newseditor@couriernews.com LITTLE ROCK — The state Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct sanctioned a Russellville lawyer July 16 after determining he violated a number of rules while representing a woman involved in a motor-vehicle accident.

EnviroSolutions Holdings Inc. , a trash hauler and owner of three landfills, has an approved reorganization plan given a confirmation order signed by the bankruptcy judge on July 22. The judge imposed a so-called cramdown on general unsecured creditors with .6 million in claims who voted against the plan.
