I have a felony 3 domestic violence. Is there mandatory prison time? Can i get probation and rehab?I am female?

Probably not but there should be regardless of gender. You should test your “toughness” in prison.

A felony three carries a sentence of 3 to 5 years in prison. The likelyhood of probation would depend on any prior histories you have ( previous criminal charges) and the amount of physical damages that were done to rate an F-3.
If you are granted probation, you will have a restraining order against you for the person who is the defendant in this case and several classes to attend such as anger management. If you have any priors for drug abuses, then rehab would be mandatory also.
Best advice in this would be to consult with a criminal trial attorney. He can go over the police reports and any statements made by the defendant and he will be in the best position to advise you and help a plea bargain in court.
