I’m soon to Qualify for a Certificate of Rehabilitation in California. I’m sure I’ll get it. It’s kinda like a pardon and relieves the requirement to register as a sex offender (TG). I would like to have the record sealed. How hard is that? It was a misdemeanor but registrable (not involving a child). No, I’m not sick, just stupid.
Legal help please. I expunged a California sex offense, how to erase it?

The attorney handling your application for the Certificate of Rehabilitation should be able to handle having your record sealed. I suspect it amounts to ONE additional form, in as long as it is done at the same time.
