		<description>It would depend on what type of welfare he is on.  You can get some of his disability, but not much else, other types of welfare are not subject to child support.  

You need to show that he has the capability to work.  Like show his past employment history ever how short it is.  You want to show that he quit or was fired due to his own actions.

You might want to get an insurance policy on his life for the benefit of your child.  If he won&#039;t be there while in life, may he be there for your child in death.  You said he may be in drug rehab.  No you don&#039;t need his permission and some states you don&#039;t even need his knowledge.  Just pay the premiums and stay strong.</description>
